- Estimates are always free in Gold Canyon if you need to talk to us before you purchase new fan.
- Our license allows us to replace a like for like ceiling fan. (A fan rated junction box must be in place) We are licensed, bonded an insured for your peace of mind!
- You purchase the fan or we pick it up for you for our $50 materials fee.
- Our technicians specialize in replacing ceiling fans. They’ll safely remove your old fan, inspect check your junction box and install the replacement fan .
- Safety is our priority. We’ll verify the electrical connections and junction box. There is no charge to reschedule if we determine that a licensed electrician is required (eg, incorrect juntion boxes or new wiring required.
- We’ll carefully remove your old fan, disconnecting it from the electrical supply.
- The new fan will be securely mounted, wired
- We’ll leave your space clean and tidy, ready for you to enjoy your upgraded fan. We can even take your old fan to the AJ dump for a $90 fee.
